The Swedish election of 2018 took place in a world X where fake news travelled as fast as real ones. And sometimes considered as true as the real ones. Checking facts and sources might not be the reader’s primary task, but there is an easy solution. Read Dagens Nyheter instead.
FLX wrote the scripts and produced this TV broadcasted campaign where people oh-so-contently told the interviewer how things really worked out there. Because did you know, that every time you use your lawn mover, ten square meters of polar ice melts?

Debating online is far too often not as respectful as it should be. Anonymous internet trolls are allowed to spill their rotten comments everywhere.
Dagens Nyheter gave us the mission to come up with ideas for commercials challenging this subject, and we decided to do it with a strong weapon: Humour.
We created a world where real trolls do exist (well, maybe they really do?), and are upset. Really upset. Because internet trolls are no real trolls. Real trolls don’t express hate and threats online.
