Single mother Bella feels like a complete failure at parenting, unable to get a grip on her son. When he ends up in a fight one day and the school suggests an ADHD evaluation, her world comes crashing down. That’s when her infuriating new neighbor Elliot moves in, a mother of two with a black belt in raising neurodiverse kids. Elliot might live in a picture-perfect nuclear family, but she’s locked in a daily battle with her husband Frank over how to raise their kids and how to live their lives. Despite their differences, Bella and Elliot soon find each other in the chaos of everyday life with neurodiversity.
